OpenGov West Convener Team

OpenGov West is organized by Knowledge As Power (KAP). KAP is a 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to help individuals become informed and effective within the legislative process. By providing online legislation tracking and citizen-to-legislator communications tools, KAP helps busy individuals easily and meaningfully participate in the lawmaking process. KAP currently covers the Washington State Legislature and will soon launch a service for the Seattle City Council.
